The Sunday walk is a group/social walk. Chat to like minded people who also enjoy Nordic Walking. There is safe parking, access to toilet facilities and refreshments after the walk. This includes my homemade muesli bar (worth coming on the Sunday walks just for the muesli bar)
Poles available to hire @ £1 per set
All walks last between 1hr and 1hr 20 mins
